This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Solairus Aviation collects, uses, and discloses personal information about our customers, job applicants, and other users of our website, mobile application, customer portals, and our products and services, including charter flights (collectively, the “Services”).
As used in this Policy, the term “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal information does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated.
Personal Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of personal information when you use our Services. The personal information we collect about you may vary depending on the nature of your interactions with us and may not include all of the examples listed below.
- Identifiers. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, username and password, IP address, driver’s license number, passport number, and other similar identifiers.
- Personal Records. This may include your name, signature, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, employment information, education, financial information, and medical information.

This may include your browsing history, search history, IP address, device identifiers, and information regarding online interactions, including interactions over time across the internet, our website and mobile application, and our advertisements.
- Geolocation Data. This may include your approximate location, which may be based on your ZIP code, IP address, or device information.
- Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information. This includes CCTV footage, photographs, and audio recordings of customer care calls.
- Professional or employment-related information. When you apply for a job with us, we may collect information about your skills, qualifications, work experience, professional licenses, references, recommendations, and other information included in a resume, CV, application form, or cover letter.
- Non-public education information. When you apply for a job with us, we may collect your school(s) attended, grades, transcripts, records of attendance, disciplinary records, and other information relating to your secondary and post-secondary education.
- Inferences drawn from the other categories of personal information we collect to create a profile reflecting your preferences.
- Sensitive personal information. This may include your driver’s license, state identification card, or passport, and precise geolocation data.
Solairus may combine personal information about you that we have collected with information we obtain from other parties in accordance with this Policy.
Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure
We may collect, use, and disclose your personal information for various purposes depending on your interactions with us, including:
- To provide the Services you request, including operating and maintaining our website, mobile application, and charter services;
- To communicate with you, including about your trips and about other products and services that may be of interest to you;
- To improve the Services, including personalizing your online experience, identifying and repairing issues, and enhancing our Services;
- To open and maintain your application records and assess your eligibility for employment.
- For quality, safety, and internal research, including evaluating our Services, repairing or improving the quality of our Services, tracking and responding to quality and security issues, and developing new or enhanced products and service offerings.
- For advertising and marketing, including measuring the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing, and uncovering insights to improve our marketing.
- For security and integrity, including detecting security incidents and protecting against malicious, deceptive, or illegal activity, enforcing our policies and terms, protecting our rights, and generally providing you with a safe experience.

- Directly from you. For example, when you create an account, sign up for email or SMS communications, book a charter, travel with us, apply for a job with us, or otherwise interact with us.
- Collected Automatically. For example, via cookies and other tracking technologies on our website and mobile application.
- From other parties. For example, our vendors, partners, government authorities, and data providers. We may also obtain your personal information from other customers when they provide passenger details for a charter.
Disclosures of Personal Information
We may disclose each of the categories of personal information identified above to the following categories of recipients for operational or business purposes consistent with our purposes for collection and/or use.
- Affiliates. We may disclose personal information we collect about you to our corporate affiliates for the business purposes detailed in this Policy.

We and our vendors may use a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, beacons, pixels, and SDKs that collect certain information when you interact with our website and mobile application. Additionally, these technologies may collect details about how you interact with the website and mobile application.

We may integrate Google Analytics with advertising services that are made available by our analytics providers. For example, we integrate Google Analytics with the following Google advertising features:

- Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting
- Google Display Network Impression Reporting
- Meta. Meta may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to collect or receive information from the website, and elsewhere on the Internet and use that information to provide measurement services, target and deliver ads.
Certain advertising tracking technology vendors may participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) AdChoices Program and may display an Advertising Option Icon for Interest-based Ads that links to an opt-out tool which allows you to exercise certain choices regarding targeting. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, external-parties’ opt-out options or programs or the accuracy of their statements regarding their programs.
Chat Feature
If you chat with us online, our chatbot is AI-powered and may record and store information, including personal information, collected during your chat. When you use this feature, we and our service providers may process the information obtained through the chat to provide the chat service. By using this feature, you understand that our service providers may process the information obtained through the feature to provide the service on our behalf.
Protecting Your Personal Information
Solairus Aviation strives to maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from loss or misuse. Although we follow reasonable procedures to safeguard information, transmission via the Internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information submitted online.
Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, which generally means holding the personal information for as long as one of the following apply:
- Your personal information is reasonably necessary to manage our operations, to manage your relationship with us, or to satisfy another purpose for which we collected the personal information;
- Your personal information is reasonably necessary to carry out a disclosed purpose that is reasonably compatible with the context in which the personal information was collected; or
- We are otherwise required or permitted to keep your personal information by applicable laws or regulations.
Where personal information is used for more than one purpose, we will retain it until the purpose with the latest period expires.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and mobile application are intended for adults over the age of 18 and are not geared toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

The Services may contain links to other websites for your convenience and information. We do not control these third-party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from those set out in this Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company or website before you provide your personal information.
Communication Preferences
If you do not want to receive promotional communications from us, such as offers or other marketing communications, you can unsubscribe by following the removal instructions in the communication that you receive (such as clicking the “UNSUBSCRIBE” within the email or texting “STOP” in response to an SMS).
Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

This section supplements the disclosures in our general Privacy Policy and provides additional information for California residents pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”).
Sales and Sharing of Personal Information
We may sell and/or share with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers;
- Internet or other electronic network activity information; and
- Geolocation data.
We sell and/or share this personal information to third-party advertisers and some analytics vendors solely via cookies and tracking technologies deployed on our website and mobile application. The purposes for which we sell and/or share this information include: showing you relevant ads while you browse the internet or use social media, marketing, certain types of analytics, or similar purposes. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
We offer you the ability to opt out of sales and sharing of your personal information as set forth below.
Your California Privacy Rights
California residents have certain rights relating to their personal information as described below. Please note that we will need to authenticate your identity before your request can be processed. For authentication, you will be asked to verify your identity in accordance with the law.
If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a California consumer, you may submit a request at the webform or toll-free number provided above. Requests submitted by authorized agents will also be subject to our verification process.
We will not discriminate against you for choosing to exercise any of your privacy rights.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct. If you believe that personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct that information.
Right to Opt Out of Sales and Sharing. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, and to request that we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt-out, please click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our Websites. You may also exercise your right to opt of sales and sharing via an opt out preference signal. If you choose to use the (GPC) browser signal you will need to turn it on for each browser you use.
Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes to which the right to limit applies under the CCPA, and as such we do not offer this right.
Shine the Light
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits California residents to opt out of our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Solairus does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Information for Users Outside the United States. If you are using the website or mobile application from outside the United States, please be aware that personal information we and our vendors obtain about you will be processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions. Please be aware that the data protection laws and regulations that apply to your personal information transferred to the United States or other countries may be different from the laws in your country of residence.
