  • Any restrictions will be made aware to the client at the time of quoting.

  • Solairus provides a formal contract to the client for review, and signature once committed.
  • Credit card information is provided from client, and payment information is discussed.

Solairus requests all passenger names, dates of birth and any details.

  • Solairus also requests any allergy concerns, along with catering requests, and any ground transportation needs.
  • Solairus arranges all necessary items and provides the flight itinerary to the passengers.
  • Remaining details or questions are discussed and the trip is finalized.

Rick Mondillo
Vice President, Business Development

With extensive executive experience in the private aviation industry, Rick Mondillo brings an incredibly diverse skill set to the Solairus Charter Sales team. Focused on offering customized solutions, Rick’s knowledge of the fractional share, aircraft management, jet card, and private jet charter market ensures that he is able to provide Solairus clients with the optimal mix of private travel options. Rick has also served as a director at a best practices consulting firm, and has held sales and management positions in the IT market research services and software industries. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.

Oliver Wolcott
Vice President, Business Development

Oliver Wolcott has extensive experience in sales and business development including 12 years on Wall Street working for Credit Suisse as the head of the Floor Brokerage Unit managing all institutional equity trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Oliver has also served as a marketing consultant for an online advertising company based in Philadelphia and as the Director of Business Development for a private membership destination club. Prior to being appointed as the Vice President of Business Development at Solairus Aviation, Oliver spearheaded aggressive sales initiatives and client retention programs at several general aviation firms. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Roanoke College.

Anni Menaskanian
Charter Sales Account Executive

Anni Menaskanian joins Solairus with extensive charter sales experience backed by a solid foundation in private jet flight coordination. With over six years in the business aviation industry, Anni utilizes her varied abilities to help discerning charter clients solve complex private travel needs. Chad Davidson
Manager, Fleet Utilization & Standardization

Having earned his Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot’s license at just 18 years old, Chad Davidson has had a lifelong love of aviation. Since that time, Davidson has worked at several private operators with a diverse mix of experiences in customer service, dispatch, flight coordination, and international trip planning. Working out of Solairus’ newly opened office in Purchase, NY, Davidson has brought his enthusiasm and his extensive Northeast aviation market knowledge to our Charter Sales team.

Jeanne Zeto
Director, Business Development

Jeanne Zeto is an aviation service professional with more than 35 + years of extensive experience in international handling and operations with some of the nation’s largest companies and charter operators. In her previous position, Zeto was responsible for charter sales, dispatch and customer service for more than 200 aircraft worldwide. Over her career, Zeto has coordinated corporate air travel for a number of well-known Fortune 500 corporations with customer service and safety foremost. A trusted resource within the Houston aviation community, Zeto held the position as the secretary/treasurer of the Intercontinental Corporate Facility Operators Association for 8 years and is a member of the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Association.

Melissa Barkley
Charter Sales Account Executive

Melissa Barkley joined Solairus’ Charter Sales Team as an Account Executive after nearly 10 years of private aviation experience. Melissa has worked in a variety of roles including charter sales and customer service for Part 135 aircraft operations and private investment firms and holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from California State, Long Beach.
