A Bombardier Challenger 601 and a 604 join Solairus’ fully managed charter fleet.

Solairus Aviation has added an immediately available Austin, Texas-based Bombardier Challenger 604 to its charter fleet and an Oakland, California-based Challenger is currently undergoing the company’s rigorous conformity procedures before being cleared for charter operations. These Challengers are the latest examples of the success of Solairus’ fleet development efforts, which have also resulted in the addition of a Gulfstream GV, a Gulfstream GIV and a Hawker 800SP to the charter fleet in 2011.

“We are continually meeting with new aircraft owners that recognize the depth of talent and experience our staff brings to the table,” Solairus Chief Operating Officer, Greg Petersen stated. “We have earned their business by demonstrating our ability to offer unprecedented levels of service, meticulous and transparent accounting and innovative safety initiatives. Though we continue to exceed the goals established for our managed-fleet growth, we will not become complacent in our efforts to continually seek new ways of improving our performance in all aspects of our business. We believe that all of our clients, from those that have been here from the beginning, to those that have just joined us, deserve nothing less from us.”

Operating out of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas, Solairus’ well-appointed Challenger 604 has beautiful new paint, newly refurbished interior seating for nine passengers (with full sleeping accommodations available for four), iridium satellite phones and airborne high-speed wireless internet throughout the cabin.
