Need an all-new private charter jet vacation idea this Spring? Here are five places where you can have fun and relax around the world.
Amsterdam
Amsterdam is truly a city that you can visit in any season. It is not very big but it still takes a couple of days to discover and feel part of it. It can be visited quietly on foot, even if the bicycle is part of the modus vivendi of the city. Everyone uses the bicycle. There are bike paths everywhere (cyclists have priority over pedestrians!). You can park it outside pubs, museums and along the canals. If, by mistake, your bicycle falls into a canal, don’t worry: every month canals are dredged and hundreds of bikes are collected.

Oslo
Oslo is a natural reserve with beautiful parks and green spaces. If you walk in the center of the city you will just need a few steps to find a park to relax; with a 10 minute boat ride, instead, you can start to discover the beautiful beaches on the Oslo Fjord. The capital of Norway is also full of attractions, museums, art galleries and shops to go shopping. And remember: you can not leave Oslo without having first met her quintessential painter, Edvard Munch. The paintings of this artist are exposed at the Munch Museum and the National Gallery. But if you want to see the strong artistic sense of this city you do not have to go necessarily to a museum: the Vigeland Sculpture Park is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Norway, with more than 200 sculptures realised by Gustav Vigeland.

Madrid
After landing in your privater charter jet, you can start the tour of the city walking on the famous Gran Via, where you can admire the Metropolis building: if you want to go shopping, you should enter the department store El Corte Inglés as well. Take a leap into the Desigual flagship store (Calle Fuencarral), with dresses, coats and bags as well as clothing for men.

Madrid is also the home of some of the most famous and prestigious art galleries in Europe: Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza and Centro de Arte Reina Sofia.

Lisbon

Taking a private jet charter to Lisbon, you can not help but see the fascinating Tower of Belém, one of the most beautiful examples of the Manueline style, also known as the Portuguese late Gothic. Then, you can reach on foot the Monastery of Jerónimos. This impressive building provides another vivid example of late Gothic: here you can find the tombs of the navigator who sailed to India, Vasco de Gama. Finally, you can visit the Antiga Confeitaria de Belém, where you can sit and order a sweetness included by The Guardian among the top 50 best delicacies in the world: Pastel de Nata, a sort of tart with cream.

Rome
When you visit Rome you must eat! You can start your meal with spaghetti alla carbonara (pasta with eggs and bacon) or bucatini all’amatriciana. In a city with a lot of good restaurants you can sample dishes like abbacchio alla romana (a sort of lamb), coda alla vaccinara (the oxtail), saltimbocca alla romana (meat rolls), accompanied by the famous Roman artichokes. Finally, you can’t miss a beautiful chocolate maritozzo, hoping that cholesterol is on vacation in some other city!

As you can see, there are a lot of opportunities to have fun if you are taking a private charter jet holiday: Amsterdam, Oslo, Madrid, Lisbon and Rome offer a wide variety of entertainment for all tastes!
